This week has been crazy! When I wasn't up at my kids' school, I was on photoshop for hours working on our family picture collage, or reading Dostoevsky. Ok, the last part was a lie. I did listen to books on tape while making cookies and homemade rolls (roll recipe rocks. Will post soon!). And, oh yeah, I made dinner a few times too.
First off, we have Paul, demonstrating to his class how to make his own variation of eyeballs, a treat I devised one day when trying to spice up after school snacks. Paul's variation involves bananas, phyllo tartlets, lots of whipped cream, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and chocolate sauce. Well, what'd you expect? Broccoli?
